Common questions
Booking a viewing
Open a listing, tap Book a viewing, and choose a time the owner has made available. You can tour in person, or take a secure in-app video walkthrough when you cannot be there.
Listing a property
From your profile, choose to list a property, add photos and details, and submit your ownership documents. Listings are reviewed by our legal team before they go live.
Payments and payouts
Payments are processed securely in the app. When a deal closes, the owner receives 95 percent and HomeLands keeps a flat 5 percent, with no hidden fees.
Account and data deletion
You can delete your account in the app from the Profile screen, or request deletion by email. Full details, including what is removed and what is retained, are on the Account and Data Deletion page.
Eligibility
HomeLands is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Use of the app is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
